This place is charming, clean, and super comfortable. The walk to the beach is the perfect length, less than a mile through a really lovely neighborhood. Everything in the apartment is high quality and in good working order. The bed is cozy, the couch is comfortable, the side patio is a nice touch, and cooking in the kitchen was easy and enjoyable. I always felt safe walking in the neighborhood and letting my dog outside in the early morning. I would highly recommend this place!

Room was ready early in the morning the day we arrived, well ahead of standard check in time.
Not within owner's control, but there is a garage band neighbor across the street that practiced for about 2-3 hours Saturday eveing. Fortunately they stopped at a reasonable hour.
