Great commication via the WhatsApp chat function. Fab location, easy to get into the city centre and the other neighbourhoods to explore!
Really clean and modern room. Good amount of storage in the room. Bathroom spacious
We found the bed small for two and the set up of the bed area wasn't the most comfortable, e.g there was a low light right next to where the second person was sleeping and no headboard for the whole bed just a portion of it.

Great location, about 7 min walk from metro which was well connected to the rest of the city.
The bed was extremely comfortable. Great bathroom and well-decorated room. Grocery shops were nearby, and the room had excellent wifi and was generally quiet.
The cooking facilities were basic. Lots of crockery but didn't offer any oil or condiments, so I weighed up buying a full one only to then have to leave it behind/waste.
A small dustpan and brush and cleaning spray would've been helpful especally when staying for a few days.

The support team responded quickly when I asked for help. Grocery store is very nearby. The metro is about a ten minute walk although there is an intersection of about 6 traffic lights to get there.
The building looks very cool and urban, but there’s no atmosphere and no receptionist to welcome you. To get into the building, I had to use a code on a very small keypad with tiny numbers — not very accessible. To get in my hotel room, it actually took me about 10 tries with the phone app before the door finally opened. I was later offered a device instead, but had to pick it up from a locker in a safe, which wasn’t very convenient.
The pocket studio itself is extremely compact. The bed was so soft that I nearly rolled onto the floor during the night. I ended up removing the topper on the second night just to sleep better.
Overall, the experience felt more like an overpriced, overrated hostel than a hotel.
OK if you’re in your twenties and don’t mind the “DIY” vibe — but otherwise, not worth the price.
