In walking distance from center, ferry and bus.
Only a pleasant 2 km walk to Waitangi Treaty Grounds (there is also a free shuttle service).
Very close to beach and restaurants and yet a very quiet location.
Apartment has everything you need.
Shower is a bit tricky to climb into and could be a little difficult for an elderly person.

The room (apartment 4) was very clean and looked like it had been given a new fresh look inside. Close to shops and beach, very happy with our stay here. Bed was comfortable and washing machine was very good to use. Chocolates were a nice touch. Would recommend this place to stay. CBK Craft beer & kitchen is a must place to eat. Jimmy Jacks was also very good for ribs!!
