Chic und gemütlich

Alles wie beschrieben: ein großes Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile und separatem großzügigem Badezimmer, Terrasse vor Ort noch einmal schöner wie auf den Bildern, mit eigenem Zugang beim Stellplatz, super nette Kommunikation mit den Vermietern per Telefon und SMS.

Eigener Eingang. Souterrain, hell, modern und gemütlich mit kleiner privater Terrasse. Großes Badezimmer. Es fehlt hier an nichts. Eigentümer ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

Da gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Wohnung im Souterrain. Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von Speyer und ist von dort aus gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sauber und vollständig eingerichtet. WLAN war gut. Die Wohnung ist ruhig. Wir waren mit einem Hund auf Reise der im abgeschlossenen Garten frei laufen konnte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

You never know what to expect when you stay in a vacation apartment or home, but this one was so comfortable and relaxing. We stayed 6 nights. It was perfect for both us and the dogs. It was a very safe area, and if I were a woman travelling alone, I would feel safe and comfortable here (this is Dave's wife writing the review) There are several grocery markets very close by, maybe 15 minutes walk. The bedding was very comfortable. We didn't feel it too small, but for 2 people, if you are against the wall, you will need to either wake up or crawl over the other person. There is both a drip and a pod style coffee maker, as well as fast boiling pot and a microwave. Although it is not a big apartment, it was set up very nicely and efficiently and the couch is comfortable. The shower and bathroom were both great. There is a small fenced in area with grass if you have a dog. The neighborhood is great for walks and it is very close to Speyer without the hustle and bustle. There is a nice forest nearby for walking your dog. It is a basement apartment with someone above you, but they were not at all intrusive and it felt very private. There was plenty of natural light and it didn't feel like a dark basement. There is a cute private terrace and sitting are at the bottom of the stairs outside the entrance that would be perfect in the warmer months. Everything worked as it should and the host was very responsive to messages. Highly recommended.
