Large apartment with everything we needed. Great location -- walked to the center and Christmas markets, walk to the palace, and a little longer walk (15-20mins) to the train station which has a direct line 5 mins from the Stuttgart Main Station. A lot of space in the three bedrooms, and the extra 1/2 bath is handy for four people. The host left coffee to start us off and the kitchen had everything we needed. The washer worked well. Parking was easy with two assigned spots behind the building. Wifi good. I think it was actually nicer in person than the pictures -- really a nice place, would stay again if we go back.
The sofa in the living room is really uncomfortable and the 'living room' seating is inadequate for four people - not comfortable to sit around.

moderne wohnung, neue ausstattung. viel ausstattung
Fussbodenheizung funktionier nur im gang, bad und kleinem schlafzimmer. in beiden grossen schlafzinner hat die heizung nicht funktioniert und es war kalt in den jeweiligen zimmern trotz hoch gedrehten thermostat. dazu waren auf den doppelbetten nur einzeldecken, weshalb es nicht möglich war sich gemeinsam zuzudecken als paar oder mit den kindern. es gab nur genug warmes wasser für 1/4 der badewanne, danach kam nur noch kaltes wasser.
