We had a warm welcome and the the room was perfect. Very clean - and we had all that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to help when our son left his coat behind. They very kindly posted this back to the UK for us so a VERY BIG shout out to Francesca and Alda - your help was so appreciated. Thank you for your kindness.

Our only regret was having to leave for our next city so soon. The location is perfect, being just a five-minute walk from the Tirano railway station. Mara at reception provided a warm welcome and shared a wealth of helpful local information. ​The ground-floor apartment was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen area was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a fridge/freezer, and the large double bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the well-appointed bathroom and the cleverly tucked-away washing machine. It was a very quiet, peaceful night's sleep. Highly recommended - we will definitely be back!
