A perfect stay in Turin, thanks to Inna! From the very first contact, she was incredibly warm and attentive. Arrival instructions were clear and thorough, the baby cot was ready as requested, and thoughtful personal touches made the experience even more special. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and had everything we needed — nothing was missing. We truly felt welcomed. Thank you so much Inna, we highly recommend!

Difficile dire cosa mi sia piaciuto: forse l’atteggiamento estremamente positivo, propositivo della host. E poi la sua gentilezza e affabilità. Il tutto accompagnato da una perfetta professionalità.
Pulizia perfetta, arredamento di gusto all’interno di un appartamento d’epoca ricco di charme.
All’interno tutto e di più: dall’acqua in frigo, al detersivo per la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie, alle prese USB, al balsamo, fino ad arrivare addirittura alla piastra per i capelli.

The apartment was just beautiful and well equipped and decorated and very comfortable. Everything was neat and organised and looked new, with high quality furnishing and appliances. The ceiling was tall, and the tall windows let in a lot of light. We had two balconies to enjoy coffee in. Our host was very welcoming and kind and helpful. It was very easy to get around - and we had a very good restaurants and pastry shops a short walk away, and easy to get buses and trams to the places we wanted to visit. The surrounding area felt very safe, there was a big supermarket 6 mins walk away. We have been 3 weeks in Italy and France, and honestly, this was the absolutely best apartment we have stayed in. And we stayed in some very good places other than La Crosetta! I would highly recommend, and would definitely stay again.
It was all perfect. Even the entryway and the staircases which I sometimes have trouble with, were very clean and pleasant to use, and easy to negotiate.
