At this contemporary lakefront retreat, there is a long, private dock filled with chairs sits on the water. It is here that our guests gather to catch spectaucular sunsets that glitter off the lake. This is a newly remodeled large studio, with a fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable queen bed plus a pull out queen size sleeper sofa bed in the living room. A public boat rump is right next to this property. Close to downtown Lakeport. High speed internet connection plus cable service. 55" smart TV.

Outside of buildings all covered with spiderwebs which gave a dirty appearance. Inside the closet door was broken, there were hangers laying in the window, and there was a dirty towel stuffed in a kitchen door. The view of the lake from the pier was lovely, but the furniture had not been cleaned in some time.
