About this house rental
Relax in this peaceful NW Bend home with king beds, stylish decor and access to Quail Park 100 feet away. Enjoy natural light from the large skylights and high ceilings. Kick back in the private and expansive backyard with mature plantings, tall trees and flagstone paths throughout. Multiple patios including a wood deck right off the living room, a paver patio with fire-pit, hot tub, outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. Level 2 Tesla/EV charger, upgraded HEPA air handler, and full use of the garage.
The space
The property is in an established quiet westside neighborhood near Central Oregon Community College. The neighborhood is a mix of families with young children to retirees, and everything in between. The home is on a cul-de-sac with no through traffic. Quail Park is accessed via a walking path 1 house away from your front door. Behind the home is an undeveloped area with a walking path.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and property, with the exception of 1 bedroom which is reserved for owner storage. There are 2 bedrooms for your use.
Other things to note
Security cameras are in place for protection of the property. One overlooks the front driveway area, and one is overlooks the backyard. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and we strongly encourage guests to look for other accommodation if they are looking for an any kind of rowdy or noisy behavior. The neighbors are long-time homeowners and we respect them by ensuring harmonious guests. Please drive very cautiously in the cul-de-sac as children to ride bikes in it. No smoking or vaping of any kind in the home - it will be noticed. A "Minute" brand noise detection device is in the home -- it does not record or transmit audio but does measure decibel level. We believe in quality over quantity and go through great lengths to ensure our investment. We are not unreasonable but do expect guests to treat the home and neighborhood with care.

What a beautiful cozy house! Hosts are great and provided such valuable information in their guest book, which we used. Less than 30mins to Mt. Bachelor and within 10mins to all the best restaurants in the area. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for what VRBO should be for all travelers, look no further than this house. Allow me a quick rant. VRBO has been a disappointment for my wife and me. Misrepresentation is the biggest problem. Places that are supposed to be private that aren't, equipment (hot tubs in particular ) that you find are not working once you arrive, and the absurd offer of a discount should we want to stay there again ( why would we when we were fooled the first time ) and basements with families upstairs. This was not the case at this home. A beautifully appointed, well-maintained home with a hot tub and a wonderful backyard garden area, all the amenities that you would want, hosts that cater to your every need, and a description that, if anything, is not generous enough. And the guest information book was like one we have never seen and likely never will. It was not just rules of the home and locations for finding out how to turn things on, but a tab of information for every need. Best eating places by type of food and price, cultural attractions with distances, kid-friendly attractions and eateries, and with an outgoing list of what would be helpful, but with the caveat "if you cannot do so because of a busy trip schedule, lock the door and we will take care of the rest." We would book this location every time we are in Bend in the future. If you want the best of the best accommodations, this location will dazzle you. On a scale of 1 - 5 we would give it a 10!!

The house was beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood with privacy in the backyard perfect for hanging out and trying the hot tub. We would definitely come back here!
