About this house rental
In Vatan, we offer this 75 m² basement house for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises a 23 m² living room with fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 40 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you !

- A dining area to enjoy a meal together
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×200)
- Bathroom with shower and vanity unit
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron, ping-pong table.

- Unenclosed south-east-facing garden of 40 m²
- South-east-facing balcony. No furniture
The house is ideally located in Vatan, in a very quiet residential area. All amenities are nearby: bakeries, pharmacy, grocery store, cafés, tobacconist's, restaurant, post office...
