All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

House says it sleeps 6 but felt like it was equipped for about 4 people. Loved the hot tub, not enough supplies for us for 3 days.

We love this area. And go as often as possible. Our family needed a break badly.I had read the past reviews. We hoped the things had been fixed. Lock box didn't work bathroom door is missing the one screw that holds it to the slider mechanism.Medicine cabinet didn't close. Hot tub was fabulous! The weather was beautiful! We loved the loft. (No screens on upper windows)We booked at the last minute.It would have been nice if those things had been functional, but by no means did it take away from all the good it did.
