All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The lift is not for guest use.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Kitchen was big, plenty of seats, and stocked with everything you might need. Back yard & porch area were great, 2 hoses to clean stuff off, tons of seating areas, and there were hundreds of butterflies this time of year on the beautiful flowering bushes in back, it was wonderful.

This was our third time to rent in Edisto and by far the best house that we have stayed in. The beach views were amazing and the beach access was easy. We loved the open layout of the house. We all could gather in living and dining areas and then retreat to our own rooms. The kitchen was well stocked along with nice grills provided.
We really appreciated that bed linens and towels were provided along with body soaps. Already booked for next year!

Great location with easy access to the beach. VERY poor internet service. If you are going to rent a golf cart get an LSV so you can drive on any road and at night.
