Hot tub, backyard, and dock are shared and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

This newly designed, modern waterfront home features:
● Four Spacious Bedrooms: Elegant furnishings, high-quality linens, and ample storage. Wake up to serene water views in the master suite.
● Three Modern Bathrooms: Fresh towels, essential toiletries, and contemporary fixtures for convenience and comfort.
● Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and all cookware and utensils.
● Elegant Living Area: Stylish lounge with plush seating, flat-screen TV, and cozy fireplace.
● Dining Room: Large table comfortably seating your entire group.
● Shared Hot Tub: Relax with panoramic ocean views – the perfect way to unwind.
● Shared Dock: Ideal for launching kayaks, fishing, or soaking in the waterfront ambiance. (Dock rental available at $100/night, waiver required. Boat must be insured.)
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and can arrange dock use if desired.
Note: There is a lower unit on the property that may be booked or occupied by other guests.

House Rules:
● No smoking on the property (including vaping)
● No parties or loud noises
● Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
● Only registered guests may stay in the house
Violations may result in being asked to leave and/or fines.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The property was beautiful, the house was clean, bright and had more then enough space for the 4 of us and the view was amazing. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to unwind. Thanks again Donavan!

We had a group of 6 adults stay here in April 2025. The owner, Donovan, was great to deal with - very responsive and made the process easy. The house is located in East Sooke, so just across the water from Central Sooke (about a 15 minute drive). The house is great - very spacious, clean, well-appointed and quiet. Cozy living room area with a large couch, very spacious kitchen and dining area, hot tub, and steps to the water. We also enjoyed trying the crab trap! Highly recommended!
