Property is a 5 minute walk to Delft train station and Delft center, Delft train station is on the all night 24hr line, so it is easy to reach all the main cities (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Schiphol Airport, Utrecht and Den Haag) and return at any time.
It is an old house on a quite street and with the attic renovated.
It has two bedrooms with two double beds. The toilet and kitchen are also on the ground floor.
The stairs is very steep and not suitable for young children or elderly.

This is a nice place to stay overall. The location was great for our needs as we traveled to Rotterdam and the Hague for activities and sightseeing. Close to stores, pharmacies, train station, etc. The neighborhood is safe and reasonably quiet, although one night there was an outdoor party next door with loud music until 23.00. The stairs are very steep, and the bathroom is downstairs, while the two bedrooms are upstairs. So if someone had to use the bathroom at night, they had to climb potentially two flights of steep stairs, one of them without a railing. We had a very hot spell for a few days with temperatures up to 35 Celsius during the day. The third floor bedroom was horribly hot and stuffy at night. There were fans in both bedrooms, which helped somewhat. The kitchen was generally well-stocked with cookware and some spices, but we were surprised to see that there were no paper towels and no dish soap. The host was responsive and helpful, and came with an extra blanket when we asked for one.

While the living spaces were accurate, and the bed and bath were clean, the rest of the unit was very run down. The kitchen was a real turn off. The fridge door front was ripped off and the freezer solid with ice build up. The faucet was barely attached. The pots and pans were sticky with old grease and complete hodgepodge of dishes and utensils. I wiped all the kitchen shelves because of stickiness. Broken blinds and cracked walls. This little place could be fantastic with a touch of love, but sadly it seems no one cares
