It's located near restaurants, bars, and a supermarket. A short walk to South Parade Pier. The bed was comfortable. It was clean. Smooth check-in. Wi-Fi worked. Everything worked correctly.
The owner was attentive and proactive in making sure we were comfortable.
I've stayed here a couple of times because the location is convenient. But sometimes guests (especially on weekends) from other apartments don't respect the fact that people are trying to rest, and they run up and down the stairs, talking loudly and slamming doors. They've installed a security camera outside to monitor who comes in and prevent disturbances. So, things have improved.

Convenient to all local amenities. Restaurants/pubs and seafront
All blinds in property broken. WiFi didn’t work. No bulbs in any of the lamps.
