L'évasion bleue, appart Clamart, Paris

Our stay at L'évasion bleue, appart Clamart, Paris was very good overall, with minor inconveniences that are absolutely not a dealbreaker. The apartment itself is clean, well equipped, modern and cosy. The great thing about this unit is that it's located in a building which requires a code at the entrance, as well as a code for the apartment, so it's very safe. Additionally, Clamart is a very chill and safe zone, there's nearby even a pretty nice park to relax in. There is a Boulangerie nearby, and a handful of facilities in the zone. The bus station is close to the apartment. Overall, we absolutely enjoyed our stay. *** READ CAREFULLY the apartment's instructions before booking !! *** You need to deposit 500 Euros, before arrival, which you will get back later (in a few business days) after departing from the apartment. This is very transparent, and they do mention it, it's just that for some people it might be a little unknown or surprising, especially for that amount. However, nothing wrong with this - You WILL get it back - just be aware, and plan your finances accordingly !

Shower curtains stick to the body quite often while showering. Just remove them, plenty of people in the reviews said the same. This is a minor inconvenience though.

De kamer was erg netjes en schoon. Alles werkte naar behoren. De bakker was om de hoek, dit was erg fijn! En alles was erg lekker.

Achter de woning waren ze bezig met werkzaamheden. Vanaf 08:30 uur aanvang. Waarschijnlijk zijn deze tijdelijk van aard, ik had er overigens weinig last van. Rond die tijd was het bij ons namelijk opstaan

Un logement conforme aux photos, lumineux, bien meublé, équipé, calme - même si les enfants en centre aéré en période de congés sont bruyant en journée. Une bonne réactivité de la gestionnaire qui répond sur le mobile

Faire payer l'accès au logement 2h plus tôt est une pratique peu courante et une expérience très désagréable

Fijne sfeer, leuke inrichting, schoon. Duidelijke communicatie.

Twee (smallere) trappen zijn minder handig met een volle koffer en zware tas 😅 en naast het appartement zit een school, dus je hoort de kinderen op het plein af en toe.
