El Depto es tal cual las fotos. Muy bien equipado, todo limpio. El edificio está en un vecindario tranquilo. El check in es rápido y buena comunicación con el personal d la empresa, contestan enseguida. Muy buena atención. La zona está cerca de vs supermercados y d facil acceso al centro y la estación.

staff molto gentile e cordiale, quando siamo entrate in casa c'erano le salviette pulite solo per 3 persone (noi eravamo in 4) ma ce le hanno portate subito. La posizione è ottima e per il prezzo ne vale la pena.
la cucina non era adibita al meglio, c'erano solo 3 forchette (noi eravamo in 4), anche le altre stoviglie un po' campate in aria. Abbiamo trovato degli insetti morti segno che non era stata pulita da poco però tutto sommato per il resto accettabile.

The apartment is on a secure building and it is spacious, quiet, safe and well located for an easy visit of Bologna. Within walking distance from the old town, many eateries, bars, bus stops, supermarkets and the train station. It has nice views from its two balconies. The bathroom is spacious and with plenty of hot water and pressure, and the washing machine while old worked great. The host was responsive and accessible.
The apartment is dated and many of the things within it are old and worn. The bed was extremely hard, the kitchen lacked basic items. The sofa(bed) needs replacing because its old and the cushions slip forward making it uncomfortable. A drip coffee maker or an expresso system would be better for visitors than the Moka coffee maker available. The sink faucet needs an aerator or replacing to avoid splashing water all over the area very time you open the faucet. The clothes drying rack is rusted and broke.
