Sehr zentrumsnahe Lage am Fuße des Kitzbühler Horns, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Lage. Schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter, wenn etwas fehlte wurde sofort gehandelt. Kommen gern wieder.

I liked that the property was really close to the bus and rail station, which renders use of the car unnecessary. There is a spacious cellar to store the ski/snowboard equipment and plenty of parking space around the property.
The balcony is really nice to sit down, relax and enjoy the sound of the nearby stream in the warm afternoon sun.
One aspect that could have been improved during my stay was the lack of a heated rack for ski and snowboard boots. While it would have been a convenient feature to have, especially after a long day on the slopes, the issue was easily mitigated by using portable boot dryers. These devices proved to be quite effective in keeping our gear warm and dry, ensuring we were ready to hit the mountain each morning. However, having a built-in heated rack would certainly enhance the overall comfort and convenience for future guests.

- Die Lage ist gut: 2-3 Min vom Bahnhof und 15 Min zu Fuß ins Zentrum
- Genug Platz: Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Esstisch, WC separat vom Bad
- Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut
- Die Betten der Kinder waren nicht bezogen und als wir um mehr Bettwäsche gebeten haben, kam dennoch ein Laken zu wenig
- Das Sofa eignet sich nur für eine Person zum Schlafen. Mit 2 größeren Kindern muss man eine Matratze auf den Boden im Wohnzimmer legen
- Sofakissen und Teppiche waren nicht sauber
- Es lassen sich nur Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Bad beheizen, sodass WC und Küche recht kalt bleiben
- Einige Basisausstattung wie Küchenrolle, Backpapier, mehr WC-Papier, Müllsäcke wären wichtig. Wir haben nun manches gekauft und dort gelassen
