Francesco ist ein hervorragender Host. Er hat mich immer sehr schnell zu all meinen Fragen beraten, sowohl zur Wohnung als auch zu Unternehmungen in der Region. Dadurch habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung.
Es ist sehr sauber und die Küche mittelmäßig gut ausgestattet.
Die Lage in Bahnhofsnähe ist super, wenn man mit dem Zug nach Pompei (10 Minuten) oder nach Napoli (50 Minuten) reisen möchte.
Die Wohnung geht nach hinten raus, nicht zur Straße, was es ruhiger macht.
Wofür der Host nichts kann, worauf man sich aber einstellen sollte: Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr hellhörigen Haus. Nachbarn und Piepen der Aufzugstüren sind hörbar. Auch ist das Haus nicht sonderlich hübsch oder gepflegt, worauf man sich bei einem Besuch in Castellammare di Stabia aber eh einstellen sollte.

Francesco è un host gentilissimo e attento. La camera è grande, spaziosa, pulita e dotata di piccolo angolo cucina e lavatrice. Situata in una posizione ottima a pochi passi dal centro e ai servizi. Tutto ottimo!

Non mi aspettavo un appartamentino così carino e accogliente nel cuore di Castellammare di Stabia. Tenuto benissimo, in ordine, c'è tutto l'indispensabile, hai tutta la privicy che desideri ed è tutto pulitissimo. Posizione ottima e il palazzo in cui si trova è molto tranquillo. Il proprietario poi davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Ho gradito molto il fast check-in.
Sicuramente ci ritornerò.

La posizione
Non c’era un vero letto ma un divano letto matrimoniale ed un divano letto singolo, e la rete del matrimoniale scricchiolava ad ogni movimento. C’era bisogno di un pochino di manutenzione in bagno: tavoletta del wc mezza rotta e con la parte superiore che sbatteva sulla schiena. La maniglia della porta del bagno ci è rimasta in mano.
