The views around the building are great. The room is spacious for a family. There is an elevator just in case for heavy luggages.
The location can be a bit hard to reach without a car or with a heavy luggage because the location is a bit far from stations (both Chamonix-Mont-Blanc station and Les Plaz De Chamonix station) so you might have to call a taxi if it is too far too walk with your luggages.
The WiFi did not work during our stay so we had to rely on our cellular data connections.

Un super accueil par la personne en charge de la location de l'appartement. Tout au long du séjour et jusqu'au départ une écoute et attention très appréciées.
Sommier grand lit, Sommier canapé lit à changer. Surtout forte odeur de fumée de cigarette, notamment dans la grande chambre. Les serviettes de bain n'ont pu être utilisées en raison de l'odeur. A noter que la location concernait un logement non fumeur.
Le site Booking n'a pas préciser le numéro du bâtiment, plus de 30 mn pour chercher les lieux après direction et renseignements obtenus par personne responsable des réservations (heureusement qu'elle était présente).
