Asunto oli tilava ja hyvin puhdas! Wc- ja talouspaperia oli riittävästi, kuten myös käsi- ja suihkusaippuaa. Pyykinpesukone oli plussaa. Roskien lajitteluun oli panostettu. Ohjeistus oli selkeä ja majoittajaan sai hyvin yhteyden tarvittaessa.
Kuvauksessa kerrotaan, että asuntoon kuuluu ilmainen parkkipaikka. Se pitää paikkaansa, mutta se jaetaan toisen kanssa, joten parkkipaikka oli aina varattu jollekin toiselle. Kadun varrelta löytyi parkkipaikka toukokuussa, sesonkiaikana tilanne voi olla toinen. Kehottaisin muokkaamaan ilmoitusta tältä osin. Asuntoon kuului äänet sekä rappusista että yläkerrasta. Isompia kattiloita voisi olla lisää. Olisi ollut kiva, että jokaiselle päivälle olisi ollut saatavilla astianpesutabletit.

Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich und modern eingerichtet. Keine Probleme mit der Nachbarschaft, sehr nett. Nettes Kaffee direkt im Nebenhaus. Bäckerei und Lebensmittelgeschäft in unmittelbarer Nähe, gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Parksituation ist schwierig.

La casa è grande e spaziosa, attrezzata ed ideale per una sistemazione prolungata. A 20 minuti a piedi dal centro.
