The property was very spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The parking space was an added bonus. We would definitely stay there again.

This was the most comfortable and best equipped place we have stayed in on our month holiday. It felt like home and we were sad to leave. Having the private park out front was such a bonus. Finding a property with parking in Brighton is almost impossible. I even had sea views from the back bedroom

We loved that every room had a tv. Central location in the middle of Brighton. Quite road. Free WIFI Excellent! We would definitely stay here again.
The parking. Although offstreet, it was a challenge parking a Qashqai in the space provided. Opening the car doors could easily damage against the overhanging tiles.

This is a very lovely home. We appreciated the outdoor space with its furnishings, the kitchen and all the appliances and how well stocked it is with tools and utensils, the living room and dining area, and how comfortable the bedrooms were. Everything we could have asked for was there for us. Even the smallest details, such as a knife sharpener were provided -- how many times have you stayed in a holiday home where the knives were dull as soft butter, with no means to sharpen? The included parking space is great (mostly, see below), and very unusual for the area.
Parking seems to be a double-edged sword. It is great to not have to battle for the rare open spot on the street. In our case however, illegally parked cars on the street twice blocked the spot during our stay. Even though no fault of the owner, he still made this problem right by giving us street parking permits. It is a small spot also, but fairly easily maneuvered into.
