The location was amazing, we hardly left the street in the evenings because there were so many great options for food and drink there was no need to go elsewhere. The apartment was very clean, super comfy bed and all the amenities you might need. It was a great location in terms of exploring Bologna as well, everything was in good walking distance, including the station to do day trips elsewhere. Check in was clear and easy.
Because of the amazing location there is quite a bit of noise from the street. It was fine during the week with earplugs, not too much bother at all. Friday night got a bit louder as expected, but it's just part of being on such a lively street.

In pieno centro, ordinata e soprattutto pulita. I teli bagno e le lenzuola facevano proprio odore. La proprietaria super gentile e disponibile

El apartamento es muy bonito, muy cómodo y estaba muy limpio. Tenía todo lo necesario, incluidos productos para el desayuno cómo café, té, aceite, azúcar, leche, bollos, etc. así como de baño (botes grandes de gel, champú, acondicionador, gel íntimo, bastoncillos para los oídos).
La ubicación es inmejorable, la calle está llena de bares y restaurantes geniales, y está a un paso del centro, 10 mins a la piazza Maggiore
Es una calle muy animada, llena de bares y restaurantes. Por la noche hay ruído, pero las ventanas son buenas y aislan bien, solo se escucha murmullo. Además la cama es muy cómoda y la habitación dá hacia la parte de atrás.
