De kamer was schoon en het bed sliep heerlijk. Ruime parkeergelegenheid was ook prettig.
Bij aankomst om 16:00 was er niemand en na bellen met het nummer van het hotel kreeg ik de code van de sleutel van mijn kamer. Daar bleek echter al iemand anders te verblijven. Vervolgens kreeg ik een nieuwe code en die kamer was ook al bezet... De derde kamer moest nog klaargemaakt worden maar na 15 min wachten was dat verder prima geregeld. De communicatie had dus wel wat beter gekund. Verder was er geen ontbijt.

The hotel is well-maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. What we loved most was its convenient location near the Brussels Expo. It is also very close to a supermarket and within an easy driving distance to the city center. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if we visit Brussels again.

Lovely vibe. Beautiful old building. Very accommodating and helpful host.
Allowed a very late check in.
Unfortunately i got in late and there was nowhere to find the wifi password. My roaming cut out so I was uable to use data to book an Uber to the airport. However the host was amazing - when I phoned her(before 08:00) she quite cheerfully booked an Uber for me, and saved the day.

Ligging is prima. Parking is een meerwaarde.
Het is geen hotel, hoewel die indruk wordt gewekt op Booking: sleutel hangt in een kastje naast de kamerdeur, geen receptie, tijdens het verblijf geen persoon van het hotel gezien, geen mogelijkheid tot ontbijt, geen bar (zelfs geen frisdrankje te bespeuren, enkel water of koffie of thee op de kamer). Het is een feestzaal die enkele kamers aanbiedt en daarvoor is het PERFECT! Maar niet geschikt om “hotel” te heten als er geen feest in de zaal is doorgegaan. Dan is het een teleurstelling, zeker omdat dit onvermeld blijft.
