Accommodation was very spacious with two decent double beds, a modern kitchen, two towels for each person. The general décor was nice and modern as well, couldn't find fault with the place.
Free parking is limited, I left car on the St John street car park and woke to a parking ticket on my windscreen, parking is chargeable from 8am to 6pm, tickets can only be bought on the day after midnight so can't be paid for the day before, so set an alarm clock, wardens are out every day at 8:10am to catch any none ticket cars.

The size of the property and its access to all local facilities.. including the Sea!
Think it needed little more description how to get to back of building to get in..easy once sorted.

Nice design and layout
Dirty cutlery and pots and pans that had not been thoroughly washed by previous visitors. Had to buy my own pans to use. Blood and faeces on the spare duvet in the hallway. No toilet rolls, washing up liquid or tea towels or any cleaning products to help keep the place clean. I also had to buy these. No non slip mat in the bath/ shower. My Mum slipped and hurt herself because of this.
