Spacious and came with a lot
Very loud banging all night, heating doesn’t work apart from the boiler we could have had a message, stairs are very slippery

Nice design and layout
Dirty cutlery and pots and pans that had not been thoroughly washed by previous visitors. Had to buy my own pans to use. Blood and faeces on the spare duvet in the hallway. No toilet rolls, washing up liquid or tea towels or any cleaning products to help keep the place clean. I also had to buy these. No non slip mat in the bath/ shower. My Mum slipped and hurt herself because of this.
