La proximité du centre de St Malo, l'appartement en rez de chaussée, le réglage possible du chauffage, les restaurations récentes dans un vieux bâtiment. Du café à disposition.
Le drap housse du lit était trop petit, il n'avait pas de bonnet et couvrait à peine la surface du matelas. La description des possibilités de parking ne correspond pas. Je n'ai pas trouvé le parking gratuit, ni de parking disponible à proximité. C'était un "long" week-end, d'accord, mais la situation doit être identique en haute saison. Le parking a été payant et j'ai été chanceux de trouver une place.

Le logement est très bien situé, au pied de la plage, proche des arrêts de bus, à côté des dépôts d'ordures (sans nuisances sonores ou olfactives lorsqu'on y était - en avril - et très pratique donc). Un petit restaurant se trouve au coin de la rue si l'on souhaite prendre un brunch.
Le logement était très poussiéreux, à se demander depuis quand le ménage n'avait pas été fait réellement et pas juste en vitesse. Dommage, car sans ça le logement aurait pu être au top.

Está muy bien ubicado (a 10 minutos andando del centro), muy bien equipado (la lavadora y secadora nos vinieron muy bien).
La parte de debajo del fregadero estaba muy sucia con manchas de café, migas,
etc. Las sábanas tenían agujeros. No se podían abrir las ventanas porque el apartamento está en un bajo y la gente de la calle pasaba junto a la ventana. Por eso, hacía mucho calor dentro. Y es muy poco discreto. En las fotos parece mejor de lo q realmente es. No es muy espacioso.
