I loved the whole place, it had an amazing view. The purpose of the trip was for an early mother's day gift to myself so that I could be with both of my children for the night as my daughter has now left home so we dont get alot of time together as a family so it was even more special. Thank you so very much
We had been told our late check out at 1pm had been approved however at 10.40am staff came to clean the room and said that my late check out had not been approved even though payment and confirmation had been sent they had told us we had to still leave at 11am so that was disappointing as we had to rush around to get out.

Honestly it’s the best property I’ve stayed in it was so unbelievable beautiful I was shocked I would recommend ANYONE to stay there every single thing is amazing lost for words honestly I wish it was my apartment Lool honestly

- Great central location.
- Toiletries were adequately provided.
- Sainsbury’s just a few yards away is very handy.
- The host responded quickly when issues were reported.
- Complimentary late checkout offered, which was appreciated.
Our stay at this property was disappointing, and we unfortunately found several issues that affected our overall experience:
- It’s a good job we weren’t staying here in the height of summer; the apartment was very stuffy due to there being no windows that could be opened. It was uncomfortably warm due to the lack of proper ventilation. Very poorly designed!
- The ensuite bathroom door in one bedroom was misaligned, making it hard to close.
- The bathroom was not cleaned properly on arrival. The inside of the vanity units was dirty, and the chrome towel rail was filthy, so I had to reach out to the host to have things sorted.
- The carpets in the bedroom are obviously stained, something highlighted in previous reviews over a year ago, yet still not addressed.
- The spotlights in the bedroom flicker continuously, which is uncomfortable.
- The kitchenware provided is sparse and inadequate for practical use.
- There was no broom, dustpan, or mop, so any spills were difficult to clean.
- The sofa is small, low, and not very comfortable.
