Really loved the connection with the host! From early on, Arjan provided details on reaching the location and checking in, making the start of the trip straight-forward and pleasant. Once there, Arjan & Chantal continued assisting in a very friendly but non-intrusive manner, with tips on local attraction and walks which you'd not find in a typical tourist guide. Location is very central, walking distance to everything in Utrecht. 10min walk to Domtoren, 15-20min walk to Utrecht Centraal. Bus station is nearby if buses are preferred for longer reach. Gorgeous trails along the canals you can start right from there. The studio is tastefully decorated and very functional, fully furnished kitchenette with all modern and new amenities - felt like at home!

The apartment is great with a private garden. We stayed for 7 nights. The location is in a good and quiet place and close to shops, restaurants and cafes. Easy to walk to the city center or take the bus. We are used to good facilities and had everything we needed and did not miss anything. The communication with the landlord was great. The bed and bedding were very good. We give this apartment and the landlord the highest rating and recommend it.
