La proximité du centre ville et de la mer. Le gîte était pratique. Parking accessible et gratuit sur la digue face à la mer.
La cage d'escalier en colimaçon un peu raide surtout pour les personnes âgés. Elle pourrait faire peau neuve. Quand vous venez en voiture, pas facile pour décharger et charger les bagages et la rue est très étroite et pas pratique pour la manœuvre.

Отличное размещение. Хорошо оборудованная кухня. Хороший напор горячей воды. В апартаменте чисто.
Квартира очень маленькая для 4 человек. Диван это фактически матрац который раскладывается прямо на пол. Хозяева не позаботились о дополнительном наматрасникике. Ощущение что спишь в палатке на полу, и в спину впивается деревянная балка. Видно что в объекте на всем экономят, постельное белье и и 4 полотенца на 4 человек имели запах протухшего высушенного в подвальном помещении белья. Подушки самы дешевые и уже видавшие виды скомканные до невозможности. Средство для мытья посуды и жидкое мыло было разведено 1/5 с водой. В подъезде стоял запах который вызывал рвотные позывы у моих детей. Мы старались быстрее добежать и открыть дверь чтобы это не нюхать. Вообщем из 4 забронированных ночей выдержали 3 и выехали.
