Appartment ist sehr schön, gut gepflegt und sehr sauber! Grosser Balkon mit fast perfektem Ausblick aufs Mehr, und abends relativ ruhig. Bushatestelle vorm Haus, eine gute Alternative zum Auto.
Bestellservise funktioniert sehr gut, Pizza kommt in 10 Minuten, und schmeckt auch:) manche Lieferanten sprechen sogar Deutsch, Englisch aber alle.
Wi-Fi Leistung, Upload Speed ist zu niedrig, Download passt schon.
Ausstatung: an sich gut, aber es fehlen manche Sachen, die man von einer Villa in dieser Preiskategogie erwartet,
wie Fernseher, Geschirspüler (für Familien ist schon wichtig), Backofen oder Mikrowelle.

Location: even if it’s far from the city centre the bus stop is very near, it’s walking distance from the seaside, the area is quiet and the sea view nice.
Price: convenient during holiday season, big enough for a family of 5-6 people.
Clean: it has been cleaned just before we arrived.
Communication: even if a phone number and an email address are provided, it was difficult to communicate with the person in charge.
Heating: we struggled to keep the house warm because it was built in the 70s and only partially renovated with old windows. We had only light blankets available and none further were available.
Facilities: no curtains are available in the living room and it was very uncomfortable for the person sleeping on the sofa-bed. Kitchen stuff were enough for 4 people and not 5 as requested.
