Located in the popular maritime town of Wells-next-the-Sea, Burnham Cottage is a beautiful character cottage curated from wisteria adorned flint. Stylish, welcoming and comfortable throughout, this hideaway features a pretty garden with views to the iconic pine woods.
Guests will feel instantly at home upon entering this hideaway. With tranquil coastal inspired interiors, the cosy sitting room boasts a wood burning stove. Nestle in to revel in the warmth and ambient light after a day spent exploring the beaches. Two steps lead down into the open-plan kitchen/dining area which boasts underfloor heating. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything guests might need to create a delicious meal made using the areas local produce. Seating for four is offered by the charming farmhouse table in the dining area - a lovely spot for a morning coffee, or place to gather together to share conversation, food and wine long into the evenings. The inviting outdoor patio and garden can be accessed via the back door. As is traditional for properties of this age, the bathroom is located on the ground floor, and provides a bath with shower over. Upstairs, a beautifully presented master bedroom hosts an antique French style king-size bed, and is styled with sumptuous soft furnishings.
