About this house rental
Architect-designed quality vacation home with an eye for detail, built in 2023, with a luxury 6-person hot tub, sauna for 4 people, and panoramic views of the Limfjord, both inside and outside, located only about 500 meters from Gjellerodde with its child-friendly beach. The holiday home is energy efficient with an air-to-air heat pump, enabling lower consumption. There is also a charger for electric cars. The house offers plenty of opportunities for hours of entertainment for both children and adults. There is billiards and table tennis (table to place on top of the billiard table). In addition, there is a large flat-screen TV and game console including games (PS3). The summer house is bright and inviting and is practically furnished with a combined kitchen/family room/living room. The house has a panoramic view of the fjord from most rooms in the house. The kitchen/family room features an induction hob, extractor hood, separate oven with grill, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and fridge/freezer. The living room has modern furniture, free high-speed internet, and a Smart TV with apps, where you can stream your own TV services. In addition, there are German channels via satellite. Bright and stylish high-quality bathroom with bath, shower, and toilet. The house's 4-person sauna is also located here. Guest bathroom of the same quality with bath, shower, and toilet. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the house. The cottage has four bedrooms, all with high-quality double beds. The house offers several open/covered terraces with good garden furniture, sun loungers, and a gas grill, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the fjord. The large wooden terrace is also home to the house's outdoor luxury hot tub for six people with panoramic views of the fjord. There is also an outdoor shower.Not available for rental to youth groups or construction crews.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Nice stay, very neat nice view. Photos environment may be renewed. There is now a house in front of it...but pay attention to you still have beautiful views on many sides. Really worth it!!!

We enjoyed our stay but found a few things could be improved, While the house was generally clean, we noticed some kitchen utensils were missing, Nonetheless, the location was ideal for visiting local attractions, and the host was friendly and accommodating,

Spacious and comfortable! We traveled with another family, and there was more than enough space for everyone, The beds were cozy, and having two bathrooms was a lifesaver, The kids had a blast playing table tennis in the garden,

We had a lovely week at this holiday home, It was very clean, and the furnishings were cozy, The location was convenient for our day trips to nearby attractions like the Lemvig Havn, We would definitely consider returning!
