About this apartment rental
Come and discover Strasbourg and stay in this apartment that's as functional as it is pleasant to live in. You'll be able to enjoy a warm and cosy atmosphere with all modern comforts, plus a magnificent view of the cathedral, the city's emblematic monument. This charming 77 m² apartment with terrace overlooking the cathedral can accommodate up to 4 people and is located on the 5th floor (with elevator).
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A comfortable living/dining room with 2 sofas (including a double sofa bed), a coffee table with a chess set, a beautiful flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 4 people
- A practical kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, espresso machine, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils.
- Bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and small chest of drawers
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, washbasin and mirror
- Separate WC
Transportation:
- Two tramway lines: A and D
- Parking is difficult in the immediate vicinity of the apartment (few spaces and high prices). However, there is covered parking nearby.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free WiFi available
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
Independent arrival is from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a key dispenser in a launderette about 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. ATTENTION: This launderette closes at 9pm! Check-in will not be possible after 9pm.

The property is nice and clean on nearly the top floor, therefore when it is hot It is hard to keep the appartment cool.As in our case. The location is perfect to do siteseeing of the city. The appartment is well equiped and is spacious. Supermartkets are plenty nearby. I would like to adress that there is not a parkingspace included, but the parkingarea "Austerlitz" is not even a 150 Mtrs away (€ 22,- per 24 hrs 2024). I would recomend driving op to the prive parkinglot and unload your gear, while otherwise you will have to pay a other Parking fee at rue de Paul Reis which isn't cheap (no parking is in StrasBourg) but the city is very nice and well worth it.

Paul Reiss "🙂 Great location, right next to krutenau which is a really nice neighbourhood.
Very spacious appartment, with lovely balconies.
🙁 Soap for doing the dishes was missing, and the plants were clearly not getting enough water.
There was no description how to take out the trash eventough you shouldn't use the trashshute anymore.
Basically just small things."
