Es gibt drei separate Räume zum Schlafen. Es gibt an Geräten und Utensilien alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Die Betten sind gut und bequem. Im Garten stehen einem ein Tisch mit Stühlen und ein Grill zu Verfügung. Alle Schlafzimmer können verdunkelt werden. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt. Die Heizung funktioniert sehr gut. Es gibt ausreichend viele hochwertige Handtücher farblich passend zur Einrichtung. Man ist schnell und unkompliziert in Hamburg.
Die Toilettenbrille könnte erneuert oder sollte gründlich gereinigt werden. Habe nach Bezug erst einmal die Toilette geputzt. Die Einrichtung ist minimalistisch. Mit vier Leuten kann man sich in der Küche gut aufhalten, mehr sollten es nicht sein oder man muss in zwei Gruppen essen. Das Haus ist außen die ganze Nacht hell beleuchtet. Das scheint hinein und macht das Dachzimmer hell. Morgens gibt es für eine kurze Zeit relativ viel Fluglärm. Danach aber nicht mehr.

Das Apartment liegt in einem ruhigen Gebiet von Norderstedt, aber grenzt direkt an Hamburg Langenhorn. Es ist im 1. OG und gut ausgetattet. Die Wohnung bietet 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad mit Dusche und 1 Küche auf der 1. Ebene. Zusätzlich auf dem Dachboden ist ein großer Schlafzimmer für 4 Personen. Der Weg nach oben führt über eine enge schmale Holztreffe.
Der Weg zum Dachboden führt über eine schmale und zierliche Holztreppe, diese ist eher für Kinder geeignet.
