Host was there when we arrived to greet us with smile, keys, and basic info about the area. Bed was very comfortable with great linens. Breakfast at a local cafe was included and wonderful (although suggest going at 9am after the morning work rush hour clears out.) Lovely location just two minutes walk from water and ferry station in a tranquil area of Cernobbio, which just an easy 10 minute bus ride from Como.
Only negative issue was the wifi did not work at all during our stay. Host noted our experience and mentioned it would be fixed for future guests.
