Very neat and clean. Plenty of towels. Good amenities. Excellent instructions, especially the list of close-by markets, sites and activities.
The heater was turned off when I got there and took a long time to heat up. Just a minor inconvenience that is easily accepted when considering the planet!

Location, comfortable bed.
Small place, needs some updating: rising missing light bulbs, broken shades.
Lots of coffee available, towels available, couch comfortable
Broken sahdes, unable to open, entry to the door house full of weeds, broken concrete, no steps, quite dangerous for a person with walking difficulties, would not pass any ADA incompatible. Unable to park in the assigned parking area due to two other cars parked on those spots. Bathroom very small for two persons.

Arrival was okay. Getting locked out in the rain when getting something in the car, without a coat when it was cold was NOT. The code worked perfectly on arrival and didn't work later. Had to talk with two people and they opened it remote. Just a good thing I had phone in pocket!
Bed is comfortable.
Suggestions:
Black out curtains needed for window beside bed.
Entry door needs a doormat.
Shoes off is fine but there should be somewhere to put them and slippers should be suggested in winter as the floors are very cold.
Needs a place for coats--two hooks on the back of the larger door that stays locked would work well.
A lamp in living room would be very welcome to increase lighting options.
There are no small cups for coffee. There are several large clunky ones. I found one midsized and lighter, only to discover that it leaked at the bottom!
