About this house rental
Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath, with full kitchen... There is a locked door between upstairs and downstairs... We live upstairs. But don't worry you get the space to yourself, we will not enter your area while you have it rented. Wake up and drink your coffee while watching the river go by... Ac and heat work great. Pellet bbq grill filled with pellets for you to use! We are conveniently located right on Hwy 12. Right on the Clearwater water river if you want to fish!!!

My son and I stayed the week and had an amazing time fishing the river and on the lake above the dam. The Host are amazing and set a new bar for service and kindness. I can’t wait to go back and use the pit boss smoker grill, I definitely feel in love with that BBQ, certainly was an unexpected bonus to the stay and amenities that were available.

This special gem of place was so welcomed when we came upon it on that hot day. We walked into the nicely air conditioned spacious space and found a welcome basket with a box of cookies and candies, big kitchen with all of the pots and pans necessary to cook with and a nice drying towel. Two rooms with beautiful floral sheets. Huge shower and plush towels. The view of the river was awesome and calming!! We saw a Bald Eagle fly over it. A large family of deer with "Bambi" ran across the lawn at dinner time looking for apples. Trisha was so accommodating and we got meet Penny, her horse! We will definitely book another time. Thanks Trisha!
