Frances was a perfect host, though his English was limited, as was my French, we communicated easily via a translation app. He recommended and booked an excellent restaurant for us.
The property is converted farm buildings a little outside of Wimeraux, so a car is the best way to get to the property. Our room was very nice and spacious with access to an outside patio with seating looking onto an orchard. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom quite roomy, located upstairs.
Frances served breakfast in our room, it was Eggs, meats and cheese, together with Breads and jams. It was very nice and filling. It was our 2nd visit to this property as we find it ideal as a stop over either going to or coming home from holiday.
A small hand-wash basin in the separate toilet would be nice instead of having to go round to the bathroom to wash your hands. Everything else was very good

Maisonette- Unterkunft auf altem Bauernhof, Terrasse mit Blick auf Streuobstwiese, viel Ruhe und Natur ringsum. Sehr netter Gastgeber, der einem gern (Restaurant-)Tipps gibt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen an der Küste.
Die Betten waren ein bisschen weich, die Treppe etwas steil, aber das sind Petitessen.
