Great WiFi connection. Good smart TV with easy to use Netflix and Prime access to your account via QR code and phone camera. Convenient pickup and drop off service offered (for a reasonable fee) to and from airport.

The apartment is located in a very safe and secure neighborhood which makes it ideal for families (What I was looking for) Our checking process was really smooth. We were received by our host on time at our meeting point and he gave us the tour of the apartment. The apartment had all the amenities that were listed on the website and looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and well maintained. Overall the experience from checking in to checking out was really awesome.

The flat is lovely, the check in was seamless once i found the place - the building can be a bit confusing, but thats no fault of the flat owner. Its also close to a VERY busy and subsequently loud district. If you are a light sleeper, ensure earplugs. The partiers are loud and rowdy between midnight and 4am (again no fault of the owners, just reality). The apartment is clean and has everything you need for a comfy stay. Bed is soft and comfy as well. I liked it so much i tried to extend for a few days, but it was already rented. Overall 5 stars.

The property was in a safe area and close to the Birmingham New Street and Moor train station. The property needed to be updated. Some furniture was broken in the bedroom and floor boards were pulling up in the hall. Also not enough towels and toilet paper.
