It comprises an entrance hall, a separate fitted and equipped kitchen, a bright living room with a 140x190 cm sofa bed opening onto the terrace, a bedroom with a 190x190 cm bed also with access to the terrace, and an adjoining shower room with a toilet, washing machine, and a separate toilet. Air conditioning is provided in the bedroom and living room. A secure private parking space (standard car size) is available in the residence. WIFI, bed linen, and towels are included.
€1500 security deposit by credit card imprint only - NO PETS - NO SMOKING
Tourist tax payable in addition, according to the current Menton municipal rates.
