About this house rental
In the lovely summer cottage area of Sandersvig, you will find this summer cottage with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. There is both a sauna and indoor and outdoor hot tubs, as well as various activities. The cottage has a large and bright kitchen/living room with high ceilings. In the room next to the living room, you will find the house's activity room, where you can enjoy table football, among other things. The house is practically furnished with five bedrooms, four rooms with a double bed, one room with a sofa bed for two people, and two sleeping places in the loft. The family room has direct access to the large terrace area, which is nicely furnished with several pieces of garden furniture and sun loungers. On the terrace, you also have access to the large outdoor hot tub, where up to seven people at a time can gaze at the stars with a glass of bubbly in the evening. Inside, the house continues its wellness area with an infrared sauna and hot tub in one of the bathrooms. Outside, children can also enjoy themselves for hours with a trampoline (used at their own risk/insurance), swing set, sandbox, and climbing frame, while the large lawn invites play and fun. The beach is known for being very child-friendly, and its white sand will also invite you to take many lovely walks along the water's edge. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
