You live in a quiet lane in the middle of the old town centre, directly behind the Mainkai promenade, where there is a hotel garni and a restaurant, directly around the property live exclusively families in owner-occupied property, all of them elaborately restored, beautifully preserved courtyards or lovingly newly constructed buildings. No through traffic, very little pedestrian traffic except during trade fairs and events around the market square or Mainkai, which almost comes to a complete standstill in the evening hours. 250 metres above the market square, the bus station is right next to the town hall. Taxis operate directly on the market square. The motorway BAB 3/exit Marktheidenfeld is 5 km away. You will find the landing stage directly 30 metres below the Mainkai.

The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing and drying station in the neighbouring building, fast Wi-Fi, all necessary connections from USB to laptop socket in the office desk, 2 lockable fridge compartments for each room, additional guest WC, balcony on the upper floor, terrace on the ground floor and an inner courtyard with electric charging station for cars and bicycles, ideal as team accommodation for 3-4 employees for longer stays on site at preferential conditions for monthly or quarterly bookings. Also ideal for family trips and bicycle groups, as the couches in the living room also have a sleeping function. This means that up to 8 people can stay overnight on request. Minimum stay is 33 days, shorter stays are possible on request with a surcharge. The room price is valid for occupancy as a single room for 3 persons.
