The location was perfect for our purposes. Overall the house has every thing you would expect as a rental. A couple items to know that do not come through on the listing is the amount of steep stairs to manage. All 3 bedrooms on top level of good size sharing one double sink bath. Steep stairs to main living area where 2nd bath is located. Also the outdoor space needs some work to be worth spending time there also with many stairs to get to final deck closest to the lake.
