Laid out over 4 floors (no lift), this 140 sq. m. character property comprises:
- a seafront terrace with views,
- a comfortable living room with fireplace,
- a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher),
- three bedrooms with double beds,
- one bedroom with single bed,
- four bathrooms with bath,

Right on the seafront, on the Villerville breakwater, this incredible house is ideally located for a stroll along the beach, heading east to the old casino with its view of Le Havre or west to the Pointe du Heurt and the Roches Noires cliffs. Take a break at the Cabane Bleue before heading back up to the Parc des Graves. A former fishing village, Villerville has now been labelled a "Village de caractère du Calvados", and you are sure to fall under the spell of its narrow streets with their colourful houses and shop fronts. To discover the area in a different light, take the "Un singe en hiver" (A monkey in winter) discovery trail, which will take you to all the film locations. To continue your exploration of the coast: Trouville and Deauville as well as Honfleur can be reached in around 15 minutes by car.

Trouville-Deauville station → 12 min by car or 25 min by bike
Deauville-Normandie airport → 10 min by car
