*The OUTDOOR offers a private and heated, infinity 32 sqm (8m x 4m) swimming pool with a fully automated salt electrolysis system, 8 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, and a gas barbecue for your grill skills, and you are surrounded by olive trees. In front of the dining/living room is a covered dining area for 8 people and a very comfortable sun deck area, all with sea views.
* The GROUND floor area next to the pool offers a stylish living area with a flat-screen TV, a PlayStation 5, Air Conditioner, A fireplace, a direct exit to the outdoor dining area and pool; A fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay (an ice maker, a wine cooler, microwave oven, coffee maker Nespresso, a toaster, a kettle...).
There is also a Bedroom NO1 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, a TV, an air-conditioner, and glass doors toward the outdoor dining area, also overlooking the neighbourhood. And a family bathroom with a shower.
* The FIRST floor offers three bedrooms:
Bedroom NO2 with a king-size bed 180cm x200cm, a TV, A/C, en-suite Bathroom with a shower (5sqm), and sea views.
Bedroom NO3 with two single beds 90cm x 200cm, a TV, A/C, en-suite Bathroom with a shower (5sqm), and sea views.
Bedroom NO4 with a king-size bed 180cm x200cm, a TV, A/C, en-suite Bathroom with a shower (5sqm), and a terrace with sea and pool views.
