About this house rental
Private 600 sq ft One bedroom one bath with full kitchen and off street parking. Great central location just a few minutes from I5 near a number of parks and many other amenities within walking distance of downtown Myrtle Creek.
The space
Welcome to our eclectic yet cozy duplex on division street. Centrally located giving guests a variety of walkable things to do while visiting the area. The space has been set up to be functional yet pleasing to the senses. We have a fully stocked kitchen with all you could need for an enjoyable convenient stay. Enjoy the luxury of a king size bed and if additional beds are needed the sofa does fold down to make a bed with a foam pad in the closet to add for extra comfort. There is also an additional fold up single bed in the closet with a memory foam mattress. The TV is a smart Roku tv with all of the apps you could need. Just login to your personal accounts to view. We also have a fully fenced side yard for those who plan to bring their furry friend (please be sure to include in booking) and it is accessible from the front of the property or through the side of the home at bedroom door (See pics). While we are pet friendly we do not allow pets to be left alone at any time during your stay.

Guests have full access to the one side of the duplex and the side yard that is fully fenced. There is easy onsite parking for two vehicles if needed.
