About this house rental
Relax on the large deck before heading into Warsaw to visit our local shops and antique stores. Walk along beautiful Drake Harbor where there are miles of walking trails and a playground for the kids. Or you can head over to the Truman Dam area to fish or play a game of golf! Access to the private boat ramp is just down the hill from the house. We have life jackets, inflatable chairs/loungers if you want to float around the cove and enjoy the water. There is a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar (coffee and tea provided) and gas grill for your use.
Bar, refrigerator, game table and pool table and dart board in the basement along with a Smart TV with Direct TV.
Large TV and DVD player upstairs with Direct TV we have recently installed Wifi and testing the reliabilty and will be disconnecting the DirectTV if the Wifi works out. The living room couch reclines for extra sleeping space.
Master bedroom has a king bed and private bath with a shower, spare bedroom with a queen bed and full bath with a tub upstairs.
The basement has 2 non-conforming bedrooms with a queen in one room and 2 full beds in the 2nd room. There is also a 1/2 bath and the washer and dryer in the basement.
Parking for 3 vehicles in front and double gates in the back to pull a boat in.
This is a pet friendly property for well behaved pets. The backyard is fenced there are 2 large wire crates in the house for your use. (Please note that small dogs maybe able to get out of the fence.)

Everthing turned out great. The only complain I have is my husband found a cockroach in the kitchen one morning and killed it but looked around for more couldnt find any.

Prior to the stay, Deborah quickly answered my questions and helped with planning for our stay.The amenities at this home are terrific! Little things and big things. It made our stay most enjoyable because there were things to keep the family entertained when we were at the house. We will plan on using this vrbo again when we're at Truman Lake.
