About this apartment rental
Renovated apartment in the heart of the old town of Benidorm, and just 150 metres from Levante Beach, and 350 metres from Mal Pas and Poniente Beaches. It has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people. There is no lift.
The 72 m² accommodation is cosy and modern, surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants.
Second floor without a lift (not recommended for people with reduced mobility or if travelling with a baby stroller), with internet access (wifi), air conditioning in the living room, heat pump heating, 2 ceiling fans in the bedrooms, 1 Smart TV, and an iron.
The induction hob kitchen is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The nearest garage is an optional paid parking space 350 metres away at the Central Market (Mercadona). Parking rates: 1 Day €22, Week €97, 10 Days €128, 15 Days €148, Month €181. The weekly pass is worth it from 5 days onwards. The cost is paid directly at the car park and the rates may vary. This is a service independent of us and must be booked directly with the car park.

- A deposit of €200 is held on a credit/debit card as a guarantee or in cash if preferred.

The location is excellent. near the Old Town, beaches and all the restaurants. It was spotless and had good cooking facilities along with a dish washer and washing machine
Would not put me off in booking again but it is not ideal for picking updropping off keys if you had an early flight. Also would benefit with an information book re wi fi code, how to open certain windows etc

We stayed over the fiesta and it was very good . We could watch a lot from our window onto the street. We came as a family of 5 . I wish we had brought a travel cot though!! Restaurant diva across the road was fabulous we ate there lots . Can be a bit loud at night . With the restaurants below but we still managed to sleep OK. Very modern apartment. Beach is next street away . Good shopping area also .. thanks for having us 🤗 ❤️
