Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und fußläufig zum See sowie so der Bäckerei und einer Eisdiele. Die Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls nur wenige 100 Meter entfernt. Ein Highlight ist die zur Wohnung gehörende Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen. Alles was man braucht.
Für uns (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) war die Wohnung eigentlich zu klein, da wir alle zusammen in einem Doppelbett schlafen mussten. Zwar gibt es im Wohnzimmer eine Schlafcouch, doch die hat ehrlicherweise schon bessere Tage erlebt und sah nicht sonderlich einladend aus. Dazu kam, dass sich das Schlafzimmer zu 4. extrem aufgeheizt hat und man durch die Raumaufteilung keinen Durchzug in das Zimmer bekam.
