It is a lovely apartment, clean, comfortable and warm.
Our arrival was very stressful due to no check in information being sent.
I contacted the property management company that was listed who said they were no longer managing the property.
I tried the property (owner) contact number which was an overseas number, no reply. Finally got through to booking.com helpline and got an email sent with check in details.
Meanwhile our son, daughter in law and 2 young children were already waiting outside the apartment unable to get in after a long journey.
The contact details need to be updated. The property management company listed in the folder in the apartment is also incorrect.
2 days prior to our arrival I received an email asking how we would like the beds arranged. I replied straightaway. However the beds were not at all how they were asked for. This wasn't a major problem, we did furniture rearrangement and sorted bedding ourselves. But it seemed pointless to ask me then ignore the answer.
So the contact details and communications are poor but it is a fabulous apartment.

The location of the property was very good. I supported 2 males and another colleague to the accommodation who enjoyed their stay away very much. The property was Clean, Modern, Comfortable and had all the appropriate equipment to enjoy our stay. We travelled to Inverness which was only a 45 minute drive and enjoyed having a drive around Aviemore with some lovely sights. Any problems or queries Stuart (property owner) was prompt, polite and very helpful if you were unsure how to work any of the items in the house hold. An clear instruction folder was also provided on entry in the kitchen. 4 of us stayed here for 3 nights. We All enjoyed our stay very much.

We loved how clean and new the place looked. Also the location was great for wanting to do things in Aviemore it wasn't too far to walk to restaurants or pubs. The place was overall lovely and would like to come stay there again at some point.
He had asked for the extra pull out bed to be brought out but it hadn't. Thankfully it was fine though because one of the people that was supposed to come dropped out last minute so it was perfectly fine.
